Installing this track is straightforward, even for non-technical workers:
1.
Measure & Cut:
Use a tape measure to mark the desired length. If you need a custom cut, a metal saw with a fine-tooth blade works perfectly. Deburr the cut end to avoid sharp edges.
2.
Attach Connectors:
Slide
roller track connectors onto your frame (
flow rack,
conveyor, etc.). Align the track with the connectors and tighten the screws with a wrench—make sure they're snug to prevent wobbling.
3.
Level the Track:
Use a spirit level to check if the track is even. If not, adjust the caster wheels (if your setup uses them) to balance it.
4.
Test Load:
Place a heavy item (up to 500kg) on the track and roll it back and forth. If it glides smoothly, you're done. If not, recheck the connectors or level.
5.
Final Check:
Inspect all parts for tightness. For
conveyor systems, connect the track to the motor and test the automated movement.
